Refund Policy

Our warranty policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive the product. 

In case the product is damaged, you can send it to the address showed on the "Shipping Label" or we can send you a "Return Label" so you can send the product back to us and we replace it, get the money refunded or replace it for another product if the prices are the same (otherwise the client would have to pay the difference).  

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.
